Our office manages your request and communication. Appropriate specialist subcontractors undertake the agreed assessments or works. The written quote should identify the property, inclusions, responsibilities, price and appointment arrangements.
For an EPC, ask for the assigned assessor’s name and relevant accreditation scheme before the visit. Check the agreed premises and how the certificate will be delivered. An improvement target, project budget or preferred date needs its own confirmation.
