Choose the building before choosing the service.
A home, shop, office, industrial premises or mixed-use building needs the appropriate assessment scope. For a flat, explain access to the relevant areas and any evidence available for works. For commercial premises, add approximate floor area, building systems, plans where available and the part being assessed. A shop with a dwelling above should identify both parts.
