YOUR PROPERTY. YOUR STARTING POINT.

What’s your EPC rating?

EXAMPLE RATINGD

A clear starting point for improvements.

D and E meet the current rating threshold for qualifying lettings. Review the EPC before choosing an improvement programme.

Plan around the announced 2030 domestic policy

England & Wales: equivalent EPC C for October 2030 is announced policy requiring implementation.

Indicative guidance for England & Wales. Use the full property checker.
Clarity first. Then the right action.

A CLEARER PROPERTY JOURNEY

You shouldn’t need to become an energy expert to make a good property decision.

Can I let it? Which work comes first? Is an exemption relevant? Who helps organise it?

Those are practical questions. MEESCompliance connects EPC assessments, compliance reviews and improvement enquiries around the property you actually own.

We manage your booking and communication. Specialist subcontractors carry out the assessments and agreed works, with the scope and quote confirmed before you proceed.

The improvement conversation

Make the next job
a considered one.

A recommendation becomes useful when it turns into a scope someone can deliver.

Discuss fabric and insulation, heating and controls, lighting or other suitable measures through an assessment-led plan. Bring the specification, budget, access and evidence together before committing to work.

  • Investigate suitable measures for the building
  • Prepare a brief for appropriate quotes
  • Coordinate specialist delivery and completion evidence
We confirm the scope, availability and quote. A specific rating improvement is not guaranteed.
